For those I have yet to meet, I’m Jason Tracey—founder of Roar Consulting, host of the Coffee & Grit podcast, and (for these videos) your Chief Difference Maker. I’m fired up to be partnering with Steve Zyskowski, Caerusnet Founder, to bring you these quick-hit videos—sharing strategies, mindset shifts, authentic motivation and practical tools to help you get out of your head, break through limiting beliefs, and be the difference in your client’s view and in the business community. Why Am I Here?
Because I’ve seen firsthand how small business owners, entrepreneurs, and business developers struggle with separating “professional self” and “personal self”—when in reality, the magic happens when they merge. It’s not about showing up with a perfect pitch. It’s about showing up as your whole self, truly listening, and being genuinely curious.
We all say we care. We all say we listen.
But when you’re meeting someone for the first time—at a networking event, or over coffee—are you really present? Or are you just thinking about what you’ll say next?
