Who remembers waking up on a Saturday morning, running downstairs to pour a huge bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Lucky Charms and zoning out in front of Saturday morning cartoons for hours?  There is something about the nostalgia of that memory that we still seek out as adults when difficult emotions come up.  Join me as I look at how we can feed our inner child while still honoring and nourishing our adult bodies.
