We often take qualities internal to us for granted and do not work enough on them. One of these is self-esteem. Though subjective, it measures how much we appreciate and like ourselves, regardless of the circumstances. It is defined by factors like Self-confidence, feeling of competence and adequacy, security, Identity and sense of belonging. It should be neither excessive, nor low. In this episode, I will share some thoughts on why Self-esteem is important and how we can achieve a healthy level of self-esteem.
