Ben, Jose, and Nick interview Hybrid Athlete, Justin True. Justin completed the longest Triathlon, 3,600 miles from the Florida Keys to San Francisco. 32-mile swim from the Florida Keys to Miami. 3,000-mile ride to San Diego. 600-mile run from San Diago to San Francisco. Justin is a Hybrid Athlete, an ex-MMA fighter, triathlete, and all-around full-hearted person. He tells us the trials of this feat and dives into his incredible and jaw-dropping journey in Egypt. It is out of this world. When not traveling or putting his body to the test, he advocates for mental health and does his best to end the stigma. Justin is CEO of True Dreams Project that helps in supporting others projects in testing the human potential and something that fulfills their own dreams to help others.
He is also an ambassador of Bigger Than the Trail. "A 501(c)(3) non-profit advocating for mental health through trail running."
