Visiting my closest friend at her home in Hereford always provides me with sense of peaces and grounded insight. Faye and I discuss digital consumerism and it contribution to modern polarisation. We conclude that the cure is the journey of building community, taking sabbatical from screens and most importantly ,sitting with friends in green spaces.
