Description

Jacob is 8 and has already been doing yoga with Heidi for some time. While effective at his poses, he confesses his trouble sleeping at night, which results in waking up later in the morning. Heidi addresses these by focusing on meditation practices he can do at home with his family. Jacob does affirm that meditation helps to calm him down at night, and get him ready for bed. But there are various factors that keep him up. With this in mind, Heidi provides a breathing and visualizing exercise aimed at easing his sleep.
