Recovered yet? Owwiee my legs were stiff this morning!

25,029 steps yesterday!

Slow run at lunch, 4.73 km in 44.06, 9-10 minutes per kilometer. No slam ball, but a token workout after work with weights and clubs.

Going through photos and videos, that’s a first… cause we’ll try to make something for the language vlog.

Going out again tomorrow night for 串儿.

Rest of the summer? Chilling out with the nicer weather.
