Another apartment nearby is 50m2 and is going for 320万 = 3,200,00 RMB ~ $616,196.48 CAD. Downpayment is 480,000 RMB = $92,429.47 CAD
An apartment sized around 96m2 is going for 650万 = 6,500,000 RMB ~$1,251,649.10
Job market? Is it even worth it to graduate?
