Double workouts plus a bike ride to sign another contract extension. Thinking of adding some more equipment
DELTA terminology! Started in, one hour a day is my goal

-do you ever feel as if you just want to go back to where you can understand everything?
-THAT'S what needs to happen if you live overseas. Otherwise not only will you BE the outsider, but FEEL it as well.
