Reading Reddit and what do the Elders say? What of the ESL industry, its career progression, and WTF you’re supposed to do in it? What happens to the long-timers?

Should I get an MA in TESOL? TEFL? Whatever? That would move me into administration, this is something I was looking at with the DELTA a few years back. I know people who the full suite of DELTA Modules completed, and they’re still working the same job and not seeing their pay increase.

There’s no way around it: I think this is it for ESL.

You know what’s really odd - the fact that I’m facing the end of a contract, semester and visa all at once. You’d think I’d feel some sort of closure?!

The next six months… what about my workouts?!
