Key takeaways: his version of history is very Russo-centric. Where did the Rus begin from? The Ukrainians as borderland people, but then what are the Russians? Not wrong, but certainly skewed. Open to negotiations, reiterates that it’s been the US-led West that is shifting decisions and movements. Didn’t seem like he was being fed any lines, unlike most Western political representations.
