Russian done, Chinese kinda done…. But not hitting the same workouts.
ONE workout in: 7.02km in 50.07. Slow, but steady. Slam ball after. Have NOT been doing my cycled workout, opting to just going instead. Have out on weight (again) since Canada… does that mean I eat like garbage while there (probably) or that my current diet is very much a maintenance diet?
