-This guy is bullish on Chinese gold buying. The one problem is that, unlike Western markets (US especially), there’s no room for people/small traders to make money in down markets. So, the Chinese markets can be bid up but Western markets can win on the way down, the Chinese don’t seem to be able to.
-RSI heavily overbought and price is far off of the 20 EMA,
-not only that, January 24th is usually when GOLD enters its seasonally hot spot, combined with Spring Festival right around the corner.
-We’ve already seen it hit the 50 DMA in recent pull backs. BUT… that being said,
-I’ve said it was going to correct before and guess what happened? It kept going up!
