Fireworks! Have a listen after.

Coffee substitute - why? Made with barley, figs n chicory... whatever that is.

Then... found a store selling imported products, I guess the market has opened up again.

Workouts - another 100 in, 4 miles, lost count of the push ups and squats. Post work workout: strapped the ankle weights on and donned the weight vest once again! Gets the heart rate up though doesn't feel like it.

Work is back on and no more holidays for the next little while. Take care of yourself out there, do something you like, and don't stress about it. By that I mean, keep things in perspective (your goals, aims and current abilities), get some sleep, don't be afraid to nap for 10 minutes, get your runs in even if it's only 20 minutes, eat your deep greens and remember, as expats, it is a privilege to be here so we do have to make sure we make the best use of our time, not just work all the time.
