End of the week means… time for a run and a workout!
Workouts in:
11.5 km in the morning with pushups n squats n jumps n stuff
Afternoon workout at Pan Am again, deadlifted 45x6+the 45 bar = 315lbs? Not bad for a first deadlift in a very long time.
Make cafe, told to go but no free refills? $4 per cup? A bit rich for me.
And how to ride a bike in Winnipeg… not the same as in Beijing!
