Was out with some folks last night and of all things... met a lady who graduated from my university one year later than I did. Why was she there? Cause it was cheaper... but a little bit cold. An understatement!
Double workout again tomorrow, though about taking supplements, CLA and or L-Carnitine but... are these sustainable?
