Owie! Legs are a hurting! Run done, 7.26km in 50.10. Went right to the weight room after for a workout and hit the legs. I would stiffen up during the day.

Getting hit with something, throat is sore, fatigued, but brain is still okay. 板蓝根 Banlangen, is a Traditional Chinese herbal medicine, only has a 1000 year history in use. (Who had it before?) Main component is Isatis indigotica root (IIR). It also warms the body, so you sweat a lot.

Weekly meeting today, turns out one of the admin ladies who lives overseas will come to Beijing for a visit! Today we did marking moderation, that is, we sat down and went through six essays and discussed the marks we would give it. What is an “error-free” sentence? What is a compound sentence? - A sentence with two independent clauses joined by a comma, semicolon, or conjunction (and, but, so).

Never did finish the latest episode of the Language Vlog Podcast, even though it was recorded on Sunday!

And even I’m ignoring my language emails now! How long do you study for?!
