-Light legs workout
Afternoon: 5.23km in 54.18 w 6kg weight jacket
-4, 6, 8, 10 pull ups for a total of 28
-double for push ups, triple for squats
Then some mobility work afterwards.
New Chinese classes? WTF?! Why?? eBLCU business and international trade classes, self study, only 800 RMB. Have six months to complete and I’ll get a certificate.
Finished 画壁, interesting. Is the takeaway love of one’s country? Fidelity? If you break something you can fix it? Don’t trust a city full of women? Be faithful to your studies? The monks have it best?
Russian reading done but livestream interrupted, nothing to do with recent exercises in the south?
