The basics of it is this:
-You pay a company setting up fee, about 40,000 RMB
-Maintenance fee of about 15,000 RMB per year after the first year
-Put in an initial capital investment, minimum 10,000 RMB, which needs to be funded over the next five years.
-You can then sponsor yourself for a visa, but it needs to be in the place you plan on doing business
-The business can be anything, but some industries are more regulated than others, eg, finance, technology, education.
