Back at it! Not really. Was still quiet on the compound as most people didn’t have to work.

Morning:
Bike - 35 min (with Chinese)
4 rounds of
-kettle bell carries (16kg)
-battle ropes (30 seconds)
-ball slams (6kg)
-dips x4

Afternoon:
6.44km in 42.33
4 rounds of
-40 double unders (new jump rope!)
-10 bench jumps
-5 one arm push ups each side
-pistol squats
