Morning:
-33 min on the bike (reading Chinese)
-10 min Jacob’s Ladder
-4 rounds of: 30 sec battle ropes, 4 dips, 10 kettle bell snatches (5 each side), 10 slam ball slams (5 each side)
-3 rounds of light medicine ball work
-some barbell work
Afternoon:
5.02km run in 55.21
-2, 3, 4, 5, 5 pull ups
-4, 6, 8, 10, 10, push ups
-6, 9, 12, 15, 15 air squats
Going to try to play Black Myth: WuKong this weekend - I’ve never been to an internet gaming bar here in China before
GOLD popping again! (So is Apple.) Ooof! Now BID price is 601.17! It was under 300 back in 2018!
