Why does it smell like smoke here? Is it my neighbour or outside?
First time in a gym in a VERY long time! How was it? Grimey, not bad, more expensive than I thought but I know why, literally tripled up my workouts today. Morning bike ride + gym visit for an hour + afternoon 7km run in 43.47.
New livestream done and did! Read some articles about the deltoids (三角肌) and about going to the gym.
Slooooooow internet!
Spent most of the weekend moving files around! Haven’t cleaned up the iPad basically since I got it!
