"A Perfect Heart"

Genesis 1:31

New International Version

31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

God had written every day of our lives in His book before even one of them existed (Psalm 139:16). This means that He not only saw the good we would do, but He also saw every sin and mistake we would commit and every flaw and weakness we would have and He When God created you, He still accepts and loves us. Agree with created something good. God right now and accept yourself.

Self-rejection does not help you change; it actually multiplies your misery. Accepting yourself where you are and asking God to make you what He wants you to be is the way He wants you to approach your relationship with Him.

God told Jeremiah that before He formed him in the womb, He knew and approved of him as His “chosen instrument” (Jeremiah 1:5 AMPC). Surely, Jeremiah made mistakes and was far from perfect, but God saw his heart. A perfect heart in someone who makes mistakes is more important to God than a good performance that comes from an impure heart. All God wants is for us to love Him and admit our sins, and He is quick to forgive us and remember our sins no more (Hebrews 8:12).
