15 Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep.
How many people do you know? There are people in your family, your workplace, your school, and your community. You bump into folks at the grocery store, the dry cleaner, and the mall. People are all around you! Have you ever wondered howGod is at work in their lives?
If we follow the scriptural command to rejoice with those who are rejoicing, we always have a reason to rejoice. There will be seasons when things in our lives are not ideal. The secret is to learn to ask others, “What is God doing in yourlife?” By turning our attention to the people around us, we'll be able to see God at work in the lives of others and rejoice.
If we're solely focused on our own circumstances, we'll eventually find ourselves running low on joy. But if we learn to see God at work around us, the opportunities for rejoicing will be endless.
