"Fulfilling The Will of Christ"

2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
It was never God's intention that people strain under the weight of their own burdens. That's an exhausting and joyless way to live. According to Paul, the law of Christ was best fulfilled when people chose to bear each other's burdens. How could you share someone's burden in your home, community, or workplace?
In order to bear someone else's burden, you have to get close to them. You have to keep in step with them as they make their way through a trial. You might also have to loosen the grip on your own problems and allow someone else to step up and shoulder some of the weight.
God's design is that we become an army of people all walking in the same direction, at the same pace, with the weight evenly distributed so that no one stumbles. It's there, in the sharing of the load, that we find an unexpected joy. The joy comes when we're willing to take on someone else's issue and trust someone with part of ours.
