"Glory and Peace"

14 “Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.”
The angels’ proclamation is significant; it reveals God's desire for His glory to be recognized above all and emphasizes peace as a gift to humanity. The context of this announcement occurs during a time of great oppression under Roman rule. God manifested in flesh and blood through Jesus, not just as a Savior, but as a source of peace
amidst turmoil.
As Christians, we are called to reflect this peace in our lives. Philippians 4:7 assures us that “the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your
minds in Christ Jesus.” This peace is available to us, and we must actively seek it through prayer and a relationship with Christ.
