"Taste and See"
Psalm 34:8

8 Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
When we read the word “refuge,” picture a place with a covering, like a shelter or an awning, protecting us from a storm. It’s a great visual for what God is to us: a safe
place, protector, covering. But in this verse, there’s something more… “Taste and see that the Lord is good,” tells us that when we take refuge in the Lord, we are able to experience His goodness on a deeper level. Our senses (taste, see) are awakened to His goodness, and what a joy that is! So, not only we are protected, safe, and covered, we are also so close to the Father that we can taste and see that He is good. That brings our hearts so much joy! Taking refuge in the Lord is living a life of closeness to God and a life of abundant joy.
