Summary: Today we’re talking with my dear friend and Pathly Operations coordinator, Nancy McNicol, With a degree in behavioral psychology and another in counseling psychology, Nancy has learned to view the world through a unique lens — one that is rooted in the belief that things are rarely as they seem and change is always possible. I have the pleasure of talking with Nancy during the week and one of the things that I deeply respect about her is the effort that she puts into really trying to see people for who they are and to treat everyone with the utmost kindness. In this episode we talk about the challenges that come with rooting in authenticity AND intentionally leading with kindness. The conversation will bring us face-to-face with modern mental health systems and the challenges that Nancy recently had as she finished her masters degree.
