Smart Phones. They could be the greatest invention of the 21st century, but they are also the worst. Yes. I said it. They are the fight that many parents, spouses, friends, and family members have many times a year. If families and friends aren’t fighting about them, it could be that they aren’t talking because they are glued to them. This is not an old man's diatribe about how bad smart phones are because they can be used for amazingly great things as well, but it is a warning that we need to step back, refocus on each other and put them down a little more in our lives. If we do that, we will again see the beauty in each other, start communicating face-to-face, and see God’s majesty and power all around us.
