Description

Hans Struzyna is a real estate agent for Bay Area Professionals as well as a previous Olympic Rower that participated in the Rio Olympics. In addition to working with clients all across Alameda, Oakland, and Piedmont, Hans also has his own podcast where he has compelling conversations with successful leaders all around the world. He is passionate about not only optimizing his client services and ensuring that he is always one step ahead of the competitive market, but also ensuring success and growth in his own life.

Through the lens of his experience training for the Olympics, we speak to Hans about how success should be measured while doing the maximum versus the minimum that someone can do. We specifically speak about the importance of maximizing success internally and how to set yourself up for achievement through aligning your own psyche with your goals. Despite failures or challenges that one may face, we talk about how success is not always measured by what can be easily quantified. We additionally speak about what makes a strong leader, and how to consider your coworker's and employee's perspectives to take your company to new heights.
