Description

Social Masks are created to make us more comfortable and ease our fears. We wear masks when interacting with people we think will not accept us if they knew who we “really were”. There are a number of types of masks we might wear. They all hide our authenticity. In this episode, Joseph and Paula talk about the reasons we wear masks, the types of masks many people use, and how to break free of these masks to reveal who you truly are.
