Comparisons
Jairus was a rich leader; the woman was named and unclean.
Jairus begged openly; the woman sought secretly.
The daughter lived 12 years; the woman spent 12 years sick.
Jairus expected effort from Jesus; the sick woman expected nothing.
Jesus immediately responded to the woman; Jairus got his response after a delay.
Jairus’s daughter raised secretly; the woman healed publicly.
Jairus had faith; the woman had Great Faith
Conclusions
Jesus shows grace to those whom approach him in faith
The sick woman’s Great Faith, and her action on it, achieved a miracle in her life
