I like to highlight this because it shows that we are indeed all human and not perfect and have things come up that in hindsight we wished we would have handled differently. I truly believe this conversation shows how we are never truly alone; someone out there has gone through at least something similar to what you are walking through right now, and God has truly seen it all and will still be there for you. Bio
Christina is a passionate transformative and empowerment life coach, board certified nurse coach, a follower of God, married since 2013, a proud police wife, Emergency room nurse since 2010, a dedicated mom of two children, one in kindergarten and one in 2nd grade. She is on a journey of navigating life with purpose and balance. Her mission is to help others build emotional and mental resilience, understand health and find wellness, to align with their true selves. Outside of work, she loves staying active with her three large dogs, working on their 2.5 acre property, hiking and soaking up nature, whether it be the beach or the mountains, as well exercising at OrangeTheory Fitness.This is her first podcast appearance and is so excited to be here to share a little more of her story and what she does as a Life coach.
