Meditation is not a doing process, but it is a happening process. It is an Art of ultimate relaxation. Relaxation comes in stillness by Letting go… and losing your string from yourself. The process of happening will happen. because in presences of mind, meditation will not happen, and while in the presences of meditation mind will not be. Either of them can stay. Meditation is a state of no mind. Mediation is the state of pure consciousness without any assumption, content, or belonging. Generally, the mind is in full of traffic with thoughts are moving, desires & ambitions are moving, memories and remembrance of the past are passing by, day & day out. Even in the daytime, we live in an illusion of I, ME & MY, and at night also in a sleeping state, the dreaming process is going on seamlessly. there will not be a fraction of a second, we find any gap or space between our thoughts. It is still kept on thinking about worries & anxiety, happiness & sadness, love & hate……and goes on.
