Welcome to the Prepisode! Yes it’s the pre-episode, the moment before we officially start, because our feminism doesn't need to be official!
We’re thrilled to start tracing feminist pathways with academics, artists, activists and you!
This podcast is devised as a sharing space for us to learn from one another… Brought to you from the Centre for Feminist Research with support from the Centre for Urban and Community Research and Methods Lab, all at Goldsmiths.
Hello it’s Amelia here, I’m a mature student on the Gender, media & culture MA at Goldsmiths (though saying that out loud- I’m not entirely sure what mature means!). In my other life I’m also an actor, writer & facilitator with a passion for all kinds of story-telling… I’m so excited to see where this series of interviews takes us...
And hello from Sabrina...In my day job I work as a tech consultant, project manager and workshop facilitator. I met Amelia on our MA course where we wondered how we could extend our learning beyond the walls of the university, and in one of our rambling conversations the idea for this podcast was born.
So that’s us… we can’t wait to hear from you folx and to share the wonderful work & stories from our guests including Grace M Cho, Season Butler and Awino Okech.
We’re ready to make some feminist fire! So please subscribe to The F Less Travelled… wherever you get your podcasts and say hello on Twitter @f_travelled. #ThisIsMyCanon
