Eleven-year-old Madalina Cojocari was reported missing on Dec. 15, in Cornelius, North Carolina, but her mom says she last saw her on Nov. 23. Now mother, Diana Cojocari and step father Christopher Palmiter have been arrested for failing to report Madalina missing. Law enforcement are now reporting that Diana was seen in rural Madison County around the time Madalina went missing, and they need the public’s help.
