Pacaso, a company founded in 2020, is revolutionizing the way you buy your second home.
The business model allows more homeowners to purchase a home at 1/8 of the cost, while in the traditional model most homeowners use their home for about four weeks a year, in this new model the houses are used virtually year round without the high maintenance costs.
Pacaso started in Napa Valley and Tahoe, and has spread to cities such as London, Marbella, and now Los Cabos.
