My goal is to never diet again - intrinsic motivation so I learned how to track - was meticulous but then leaned into loosely tracking, I know how important sleep is aiming for 7-8 hrs/night, I time block my walks and my workouts based on my identity and priorities, I have a plan for my workouts, I eat similar meals everyday, I don’t body check like I used to
