What makes you afraid? What is the root cause of fear? Do we need to overcome fear?
Hello and welcome to Gen Z meets World podcast! In this episode, we discuss fears and phobias.
We began by defining phobias and distinguishing the difference between fear and phobia. Then as per usual, we shared our own fears and phobias, both present and old ones. Afterwards, we thought about what made us afraid of the things we were (and are still) afraid of, and reflected on how we overcame some of our fears and phobias. Lastly, we debated on the root cause of all fears, both extreme and mild, and whether or not the root cause is the same for everyone.
So what are you afraid of? What are your strategies to overcome fears and phobias? What do you think is the root cause of all fears? Comment below!
