Stage fright hinders us from performing our best. What's worse is that it is one of the most difficult fears to overcome. In fact, despite the fact that we have been making a lot of public performances throughout our lives, we still get very anxious or nervous on stage.
So today, we'll be sharing our experiences with stage fright and dig a little bit into what it actually is and how you can try to manage it even if you couldn't overcome it altogether.
