#MotivationalMonday: “Meet Their Needs”
I have several stories from my first couple years of teaching. Two stick out to me. One student needed help academically, so helped her become a stronger reader and writer. Another student needed assistance in becoming better behaviorally. Both students were successful but approached them differently. You can, too, if you follow these three rules.
1. Build A Relationship
2. Evaluate The Data
3. Push Them Toward Goals
Challenge: Build A Relationship or Take A Deep Dive Into The Data
If you do these things, you’ll start to see those gaps filled.
