Today is a really great day to take some time to imagine for yourself what you want your future to look like. The power of imagination is very real. Our imagination is the operation of our brain and nervous system and is the way that our bodies create our reality.
When we move our bodies, we move our energy. When we move our energy, it helps to heal our bodies.
Anybody in this time and space in the world now today is overwhelmingly busy. Fitness can happen within the day that exists for you. You don't have to make it a three hour long adventure.
If you take your kids to the park. I see moms doing this all the time and you push the stroller around the circle that in circles, the playground for an hour and a half, that is exercise.
If you're a gardener that is exercising. Functional exercises are really actually more, um, overall impactful than isolating a singular muscle or doing a specific type of exercise repetitively because they're universal to the body.
You can find exercise in your every day - look at your day, observe moments. When we're doing exercises in our home, in our workplaces, in our day-to-day activities, it takes it from being extracurricular activity that we have to make time and effort for, to being a functional part of our lives
