Kristen is a homeschooling Mom of 2 vibrant and active pre teenage boys. John, her older son is on the spectrum, brilliant, and quite a handful.
When her boys were younger their father passed away leaving Kristen a very single Mom.
As she navigated being the sole parent, it stressed her out constantly knowing the trauma that they'd experienced was effecting them all. The death of her husband, plus, the traumas of both their childhoods and family lines weighed heavy on her heart.
She worked hard through a ton of family drama and life challenges and successfully created a life for her and her amazing boys, remarried and is now a stay at home, homeschooling Mom.
As things in her life settled down, all that history started calling to be healed.
As history always does.
We began working together because she felt heavy and like she was NEVER enough.
She was riddled with anxiety and felt like she was constantly running through life, running from the past, and never happy or present with her self or her boys.
She also struggled to get decent sleep, feel truly rested, take care of herself and dedicate herself to regular fitness and mental wellness.
Today, after several months of deep multi-dimensional healing and Health and Mindset coaching, she is so relaxed and happy.
She's created the peace in her heart and home that we all chase.
She's fully present in her life. She's happy and content. Content with her body, her health, her fitness. She's getting regular, consistent, high quality and adequate sleep. She's practicing self-care of all kinds regularly. She's consistent and showing up for herself in fitness and eating in a healthy nourishing way.
She feels like enough! Enough for herself, her boys, her husband. Enough as a parent, homeschool teacher, woman.
Kristen's theme throughout our journey together was the greatest lesson that any of us ever learn. "Be". Just be. Be happy and content to just exist and breathe.
