Description

Today we will be talking about how to approach a friend who might be struggling with their mental health such as depression, anxiety or eating disorders and what you can do to support them. Again, please take everything we say with a grain of salt, as we are not professionals. This is simply a conversation from what we have experienced and learned over the years - we are sharing this in hopes of providing helpful information for anyone struggling or anyone who might not know where to begin when they notice a friend struggling.
