Had some thoughts before going to bed, so i pressed record. i like how David keeps it real in this psalm, chapter 69. this is where i’m at in the psalms project which is sorta ironic with how i’ve felt this past week (down/ in the mud). I also share how a recent dream reminds me HOW TO AVOID HITTING ROCK BOTTOM AND DEEP PITS. GOD is the REMEDY and has the POWER to pull you out of “Prisons” of depression, fear, guilt, shame, addiction etc… be blessed
