Inspired by my own short-lived foray into online dating sites and the cataclysmic realization of how bad it actually is out here, I discuss the results of hardcore fetish practices and concepts being normalized into not just "normie" dating and hookups-- but the fetishization of natural human desires, emotions and qualities into pornified caricatures, but also female self-presentation vis a vis "sex positivity." I dig into what bimbo play and "bimbofication" actually is in the context of BDSM, and how that differs from the mainstreaming of this fetish into an aesthetic/lifestyle identity. This has gone so far beyond whatever the "original intent" of sex positivity actually was, and I'm not about to bite my tongue on exactly what's wrong with this picture. Let's dig in.
