My guest today is Siddharth Jadhav- founder and CEO at Polybee, a startup that seeks to enhance food security with automation. I first spoke to Siddharth when I was looking to get a summer internship- my first interview was very different from the usual ones because Siddharth spent a lot of time explaining the mission behind Polybee. I left the interview feeling fascinated, and I wish that whatever was shared about agriculture was more widely available to the public. This interview is an attempt to capture Siddharth’s knowledge.
