Jackie Velasquez-Ross began her career in San Francisco recruiting creative talent in advertising. Over time, Design and Research became her passion and specialty. She’s hired Executive Leaders and ICs for Facebook, Instagram, InVision, Blavity, and many others. Most recently, she built Twitter’s Design & Research recruiting team and practice. Jackie’s currently running a strategic recruiting and career coaching practice. When she’s not working, she chases after preschooler twins and orders lots of takeout to avoid cooking dinner.
