EJ Stancil is currently a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Manager at Google driving DE&I strategies and programs across an organization of 4,000 Googlers.
He is a recognized champion for marginalized communities and has received several awards for his leadership in corporate DE&I efforts, breaking down silos, and establishing space for meaningful and inclusive conversations around race relations, gender inequality, and LGBTQ+ advocacy.
He specializes in establishing systems of shared accountability in the development and maintenance of more equitable and inclusive workplaces, consumer products and services. EJ has experience in producing DE&I programming and marketing content for Fortune 500 companies across various industries. EJ has also served as a member of ADCOLOR Advisory Board, where he was recognized with the Unsung Hero Award for his leadership and contributions.
