Let us find some time to reflect , embrace , and learn about our history throughout this month as we continue to recreate history each and every day . Being black is an honor … and we all have to make sure we find our own purpose in the skin color we represent . Again we say , happy black history month to our BMVT audience .

NEW SEASON ALERT! Nashville we’re officially in a new season for BMVT that we are dedicating to all black business owners in Nashville. This gives our black entrepreneurs a chance to vent on business adversities , struggles , and stressors while shinning light towards how those trying times kept them motivated to keep pushing there brand . Our episode today surely is nothing short of that statement . Joshua Taylor , a Memphis native , vents to us about how his journey began with his brand Taylor Made Images . Nashville … this young black man lost his mother at an early age , he admits to dropping out of college , was homeless , and had to sell all of his camera equipment . Joshua shares with us how all of these adversities made him the man he is today . A 6+ year business owner of Taylor Made Images that has been in two magazines and Nashville … he even does film!
